I have had my Kemper for about 4 years and over that time alot of the LEDS had burnt out and also my USB port started malfuctioning. So I finally contacted Kemper and wow! They provided a return label and just handled everything so fast and professional. Their customer service is second to none! I received my KPA back quickly and now it's like brand new and sounds amazing! They emailed me and even called me to make sure I was kept in the loop and satisfied. Thank you Pele and everyone at Kemper! Alot of companies run away from there products after you purchase them but not Kemper! So grateful and happy. What a company!!

What were the symptoms of USB malfunctioning?

Wasn't reading the OS update and also stopped seeing rigs. It wasn't seeing the stick at all most times.

I have those exact same issues but I need the kpa almost daily for work. I could ship the amp to them while I'm on holiday soon.
