I want some feedback om mixing

Does this sound like crap? Or passable? Or good? Dont mind the programmed drums.

I want honest opinions.

This is no official album recording or anything, just something "for fun" but I'm still trying to figure out how to do this properly.

The Kemper profile is from MixBerlin Mesa Boogie pack.

I just tried I Want Out by Helloween (I know it doesn't have the harmony but I didn't want to spend time, going to bed now)

I have tweaked the mix a bit. Better now???

For room feel I would probably have some spot-only reverb where the guitar plays by itself

Doing an A - B comparison with HammerFall Legacy OF Kings mix. The guitar tone is stuffy sounding and missing that clear quality you are looking for. Either too much gain and/or power amp distortion when they created the profile. It has that cooked wah tone that the Kemper is known for.

With that being said, it still sounds killer. Just comparing it to an album / mix that I know you like.

I never quad track... I like old school metal and I can't think of ANY band I listen to that quad tracks :p

Really liked that band, too band they are disbanded.

At one point they asked me to fill in for their drummer when he couldn't attend one gig.

Since I was already well listened to their material we only had one rehearsal, with only singer and bass player hahaha
But gig was pretty good! Too bad this is the only filmed song...
