Rig manager, cannot get it to work- SOLVED!!

Hello all,
I have been able to profile and do quite a bit on the Kemper...
I have tried not to bother you guys and figure out things on my own because then I will remember how to do them… I am having one issue and I don't understand it, I cannot get rig manager to work… I downloaded it, plugged in my Kemper, then I opened up rig manager and it doesn't even do anything…
Even when I plug my kemper into my computer the computer doesn't flash that there is a USB port being used… Is that normal?
I changed my name in the amplifier from the original name… And I match that up on rig manager… When I open rig manager I do not have 'my profile' tag on the left-hand side… It just has library and rig exchange, all rigs,…etc

I only have one question because it will help me figure out whether it's the USB cable… When you guys plug your kemper into the computer does the computer recognize usb input with a pop-up screen? Mine does not…

OK, I found the driver right where you said it was… How do I manually install it?

i'm so sorry to bother you guys… But this is really frustrating… I have done lots of stuff like this in the past, I'm not computer illiterate…

OK, you say D style USB… This might be my problem… I am using a USB cable that is flat USB on both ends…plugged into same USB port that you would plug stick for backup ...
I have powered toaster.. You say 'D' style USB? Am I not supposed to use the same connection USB port that I plug the stick into??
