Ah man, it is excellent to have the Kemper back. I feel I've learnt so much since I parted with it, it is really excellent to have this tool back in my hands.
A little touching up, but I played this from end to end, and I'm real proud of it. I also played the drums, bass and sang on this track.

The genre is grinding death.
I have absolutely no clue about the genre to comment in any constructive sense.
But it's something I've never spent any time listening to before, and it was interestingly differently (for what I'm used to), enough to spark interest to look into this stuff more.

Thanks for the tip. I had actually mixed first on my headphones, then when I listened on my monitors, the drums seemed really loud. I shouldn’t have second-guessed, I suppose.My measurement mic arrived today, I’m hoping I can improve on the mixing results going forward.
As for the vocals, I’m trying to emulate the great Barney of Napalm Death in this band.
