New PROFILER HEAD and PROFILER REMOTE Owner from Kennett Square, PA

Hello All,

I'm awaiting the arrival of my newly purchased PROFILER HEAD and PROFILER REMOTE.

I play in a 10-piece wedding band in the Philadelphia, PA area. My most immediate need is to create an assortment of presets/patches, or whatever correct terminology is, that match songs in our playlist. The ability have a core, clean sound @80% of the time, then engage a crunch, distortion, chorus, delay, etc., as the song dictates is essential.

From an FRFR perspective, I'm awaiting the arrival of a 12" Active Wedge from XiTone Cabs

I would like to learn about profiling so that I can profile my newly hand-wired Fender '65 Deluxe by George Alessandro. I'm hoping my AKG C214 Large-diaphragm Condenser Microphone will be adequate.

I'm hearing a lot about Michael Britt. Is it a given that I need to order one of his profile packs? My core sound needs are, clean, crunch, distortion, chorus, delay, wah, etc.

Going from a comfortable 12" combo with great pedals to the unknown benefits of the Kemper solution make me a bit nervous, however, I'm quite excited to see how this all turns out.
