Is the Kemper support very slow?
I opened a support ticket and were told to send a specific file.
After sending this file I received an email with some advices.
None of them helped.
So yesterday I wrote back and asked for more support.
But until now, no reaction of Kemper.
Does anybody have the same experiences or is there something I could do to boost the support?
Kemper support extremly slow?

Normally not. I even got help on sunday. Could be that at weekend there are a reduced amount of stuff.
BTW. to get nervous at the next day which is a saturday is not a sign of big patience

@music - there was a new version of rig manager (V2.1.25.13191) released in the last day or two. The release notes mentioned fixing an issue with some Windows installations.
Well, I‘ve got the newest version installed.
But in my case, there is no fix notable.
Still a driver problem. -
Its Saturday

We will see. -
So Monday is over and no response of the support.
Maybe their weekend goes from Friday until Thuesday? -
i had a look at your support case. in a nutshell something changed something on your windows systems and now things don't work anymore. you apparently cannot even un-install the driver of your Profiler in order to make a fresh install. those cases are difficult to solve because they there is no general solution to those and support sometimes simply needs to think about it. in most cases the solution has nothing to do with the software we provide.

Today I got the email that the Kemper support cannot solve my problem with the Kemper.
Anyway, I found a solution that may work for others who have a similar problem.
The problem was not the Kemper (hardware, of course not). The problem was also not the Rigmanager software.
The problem was Windows, but because I‘m not a software specialist, I cannot tell what the exact reason for the problem was.
The solution was going back to the last working restore point in windows.
After that, I could install Rigmaster without problems and the driver was installed.
Would be nice to know the reason for the trouble.
But it‘s Windows. -
That reminds me similar problem with a graphic card driver on Windows 10. One week ago, out of nowhere I was switched to 800x600 resolution without possibility to change resolution to anything else.
After little googling, I found a solution. I reverted to one of older drivers in the system. Did it by using device manager, clicking on a particular device, properties, driver details, update and search for a driver on local disk.
