Are you signed in to the Kemper website?
Probably a dumb question, but have you tried clearing the browser cache and making sure cookies and Javascript are enabled?
Also, if you're running Little Snitch or similar software, try stopping the filter; it's possible something critical's being blocked. I've seen tabs and checkboxes go missing on forums due to LS, for example.

Not that you would know, but I work in the I.T. hardware and software side of life. That doesn’t necessarily mean I have all the answers. I did blow out the cache and tried Chrome. I also ran it from a Windows 10 machine, my iPad Pro and also 2 other Macs and still no lift-off.

Every time I click on the link, I get booted back to the Start page. I sue a Mac with the latest software updates and tried through Safari and Chrome for the same result each time. Thank you.

I have. In fact I provided ALL the details of my computer setups and testing methods along with browsers and received an email asking what my computer setup was - a clear indication that the person wasn't even looking at the content. Not impressed. The "clearing the cache" thing is only applicable if you have one system. The fact that I tried it on so many and have the same result, is an indication of the issue being on the far-side, meaning Kemper IIS servers.

@Dragonslayer, the site was down for maintenance for quite a while, and even 'though your attempts didn't quite coincide with the downtime by my calculations, perhaps jeireff knows something we don't.

Thank you. It seems to have finally been resolved. You might consider keeping the community informed and leaving a note on the website. It is considered good web-etiquette. As a web designer, I know this.
They mightn't have been aware of the issue until immediately-prior to the downtime.
During the downtime a polite message stating that the site was undergoing maintenance and an apology for the inconvenience did in fact appear, but only when one tried to load a page at the main site.
Unfortunately the forum didn't benefit from such a message, but that's besides the point 'cause it's obviously not involved in RE uploads.
