Maybe someone can give me a tip.
Despite activated mute signal in the tuner comes the guitar signal (attenuated) on the monitor .
I've gone through the settings .... but I can not get it.
If I define my pedal as a volume, the minimum volume will only be attenuated .

That sounds like a fault. If you have the mite signal box ticked in the system menu there should be no sound at any of the outputs.
what is the range setting for the volume pedal in the rig menu? Only a value of -5 will totally mute the signal when the pedal is in the heel position.

I use the Kemper also in connection with the headphone-out. My mixing console is therefore connected to the Kemper. At the small mixer is a microphone plugged in and actually, when I completely unplug the micro everything is silent. But if I leave the microphone plugged in and switch it off with the switch installed in the microphone, the guitar is quietly heard even when the volume pedal is set to minimum, why is that?
I am speechless .... !!! 
Sounds like the issue is with the mic, not the kemper.
Are you sure it's an off switch and not simply a pad?
What happens when you switch the PROFILER off and leave the microphone connected?
Maybe the microphone picks up the direct signal from the guitar strings.

When I switch the profiler off and I leave the microphone connected all will be quiet!!
What do you hear when you connect a headphone to the headphone output and enter the tuner mode on the PROFILER with the Mute option activated?
