You should contact support.. that doesn't look normal at all, never seen mine do that.
Have you done a system restart? (Hold down the system key while turning it on), or tried any of the other boot up fixes out there?

But this is definitely not normal and worrying.
So I would just return the unit and get a replacement from the seller...

yep tomorrow i will contact the seller for a replacement, but i 'm wondering if this could be a software bug or an hardware bug...
Doesn't look like a software bug to me honestly... looks more like a hardware issue, but I might be wrong.
If you contact support, they'll tell you for sure.
If you just leave it.. does it boot into normal? - your turning the power off during a load, not sure thats a great idea!.
I had this once.. but left it and it came back afer a few mins.. - never happend again since.

The Kemper boots into normal but after 1 minutes the display freezes... i've the kemper since 2 days and i cannot play it! this is bothering me!!! really!!!
Today i received the new Kemper! Now It's time to find a cool profile and start to play!
