Kinda long post, thought I'd put info on what I uploaded today. Comments as always are welcome.
1) Fortin 8 3mic Red - Mike Fortin modded Marshall, red channel, 3 mics, on a Mesa Oversized Recto cab w/armor. Brootalz.
2) Fortin 11 Yellow - Same Fortin goodness, but yellow channel, one mic (MXL ribbon), same cab. Clearer than 1) but still gainy as heck.
3) Fortin 13 Green - Green channel, see above. Not as gainy but still pretty 'barky'.
4) Mesa Studio, no EQ - Mesa Studio preamp, no graphic EQ, but high gain. This was profiled WITHOUT a cab, cab was added afterwards so you guys who like to run the kemper without a cab to your own poweramp/cab might want to check this out.
5) Mesa Studio clean - Mesa Studio preamp as above, but clean channel and EQ. Very Fendery sounding, which it should be as a Mesa Mark series amp was a Fender with extra gain stages.
6) PT Splawn Marshall M - High Gain profile I took of a KT88 Mercury Magnetic modded Marshall. Super saturated and thick. Used a Marshall V30 straight cab for this, and a MXL ribbon mic. Same amp as my other Splawn profile, but miked much better IMHO. I"m learning.
7) Van Halen II Tone M - Ceriatone Trainwreck amp (had the right compression/amount of fizz) into a red Marshall clone cab w/V30s, then into Ozone with an EQ capture I made from Van Halen II. The Mod adds flanger, and the flanger isn't right for this (doesn't sound like an MXR) but the timing is good. Lots of reverb, B and X add flange or phase for 'aint talkin bout love' and 'atomic punk' to name a few. With the right guitar I think this gets decently close.
