My Kemper stage sounds great in my DAW, though monitors and FOH, but the headphone jack is awful. Digital distortion, ect. Ive tried a few different headphones as well. I’ve read others that don’t have a issue. Any insight on this ?

What brand headphones did you try? Beyerdynamic, Audio-Techica, Sennheiser?
Did you change the volume for headphones in the Output section?

that definitely sounds strange. The Kemper usually receives praise for how good the headphone output sounds compared to most audio interfaces.

Just got a stage and I noticed the plug doesn't work with most of my inears if I plug it all the way in? It's mono and awful.
Really weird but there is another thread on it so I'm not alone.
Try pulling the plug out slightly?

Wow, that's unlike Kemper to do that. Have you raised it with support? The more I hear abou the stage the happier I am with my old power head

Not yet. Only used the headphone out to check if the unit worked at all, two weeks after I bought it used (couldn't try out sooner). Scary experience :). Not planning on using headphones very much.
It's a great unit though. I love that it boots 4 times faster than my powerrack.

Yeah. It's up in 18 seconds including the foot switches. The power rack is over a minute before the remote is online last time I checked.
