I have connected my iPad to my Kemper profiler head using the Wi-Fi configuration but just wondering if now that there is USB audio, is it possible to connect the Kemper directly to my iPad to have a wired connection for Rig Manager but also be able to write audio from the iPad to the Kemper the same way I would as if the Kemper were attached to my MacBook Pro?
Thanks,
Derek

You can wire your iPad to your Kemper to record but you cannot control the Kemper over USB that still done over Wi-Fi

Ok, thanks very much for confirming!
One more question, do you happen to know if there are any stand alone wifi transmitters/receivers (that are small and portable) that I could just leave plugged into the ethernet port and would allow me to connect it to my iPad?
I guess my alternative is to just use my surface pro tablet that I already have and I can just install the windows version of the Rig Manager which will allow me to do both
Thank you!

I tried to connect the VAP11G-300 to the KPA head (no remote) (after having setup the WiFi to my router). I can connect my Android phone to the VAP11G, but the Android Rig Manager app can't find the KPA. I also tried to add a switch/hub to no avail. Am I missing somenthing?
