Sound is so thin and quiet????

It's the first time this great piece of kit has let me down. Started first set and my sound is so quiet the monitor out is on full and going in to 2 DXR10's now this normally blows my mind I've never out the out put on full coz it would be so loud but tonite it is and I can hardly hear the KPA not only is it quiet bud so so thin. Sounds like a Marshall 10watt valvestate. I've tried a reboot a system reset everything I can at a gig but to no joy. I guess I'm just going to have to love with it for the second set:(

I'm on the new 2.0 firmware if anyone could help

Not good, still seems to me to be very quiet. Im testing it now at home with just one DXR10 and it should really be blowing my mind on full volume. but its not. So so so so strange

Are the Moniters set at a decent volume that you already know is to be fine?

Main Volume is on full monitor volume is on full main out link is checked monitor out link is checked as well. I dont have a volume linked button in my output

now downgrading to 1.8

This is strange im now on 1.8.2 done a restore from about a week ago my dxr10 is now really loud again but i have some terrible crackle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well ive just got a friend to bring his guitar over and guess what, everything sounds good no crackle nothing. So i plugged my guitar in again no crackle!!!!! We then swap guitars again everything ok. Swap again and this time the crackle is back but seems to be coming from the volume pot. If i turn the volume down to clean the distortion up the crackle is there very apparent. So we change guitars again and now the crackle is gone. Change back to my guitar and its gone again play abit and it comes back if i turn the volume up and down on my guitar the crackle comes and goes !!!!!!!!

So from this i suppose my volume pot is on the way out and dying!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It wasnt my kPA after all i suppose which in a way is a goodthing

Now to upgrade back to 2.0

No active pickups. I'm going to open the back up to night and give the guitar a good going over its definetly something to do with the volume control
