But the setting only affects one rig. Clean sense makes it so when you turn the gain up on that one rig, it gets louder, softer, or anywhere in between when you do right? If you say I'm wrong, I'm going to link a video on the Kemper site that says exactly that and thus what I have come to understand about clean sense.
If you Lock your Input Settings, they are Global, across all Rigs. Performance Mode has a separate Input Lock status.

Display MoreIf the people at Kemper consider adding this kind of feature, I suggest it be turned Off by default. I would not want to have to key a password everytime I turn on my KPA. And, Including the password in the Technical Rider provided to the venue to enable the stage crew to turn on the KPA negates the purpose for the password.
It also would need to be designed in a way so the feature can only be activated and deactivated by the Registered Owner. This would prevent someone from being “locked out” of their KPA by someone else.
And, it gets more complicated when using a USB drive to load sounds onto a KPA supplied at the venue:
If a non-password protected KPA USB backup is loaded onto a password protected KPA, what would happen?
If a backup of a password protected KPA is loaded onto a non-password KPA, what would happen?
As I inferred five years ago, I am not a fan of this idea.
What happens when you assign one of The Remote switches to Rotary Speed?
I have a router in my setup for my Behringer X32 mixer, can I just run a Cat6 cable from the Kemper Rack to the router? The router has no internet access but I don't think that's needed for the iOS Rig Manager app. If this can be done, does the cable need to be shielded and does it need PoE?
From my understanding, the Cat6 cable does not need to be shielded, internet access is not needed to use iOS Rig Manager with your Rack, and you do not need PoE if you re not using a Remote.
Especially if you are playing live with a drummer, I suggest using the Tap button to enter two quarter notes, with the Rig set to 1/8th note delay.

I prefer the FOH send to have a similar tone to what am hearing, too. For that reason, I typically use Kone Mode and Full Range .
There have been some similar requests for a 12-string effect that does not include octaves for the B and high E strings.
Admittedly, it could only be accurate to the actual guitar in open chord positions, but, perhaps high cut, mix and detune controls could be added to this feature request to also include those capabilities.

Guitar Center brand cables still have a lifetime replacement policy. I average 100+ gigs before a guitar stage able develops a problem. I take it to the store, and they give me a new one.
As in aside, I have several shorter ProCo patch cables that I have been using since the 1990s that have never had a problem.
Do you have Distortion set to Global, or Per Rig?
Changing the Global Distortion Sense is likely too slow if you are changing guitars live, unless you copy the Performances, and adjust the copies for the higher output guitar, and use them when you are using that guitar.
Or, there is the old school approach. You can try lowering the pickups on the louder guitar, to make output a similar volume to the other guitar. If you count the number of screw turns, you can return the pickups to the original positions if needed.

Disconnect your Profiler from Rig Manager, and the Stored status of the Performance Slot will be recalled when selected.

The Kemper DI is not designed to be used with a Powered Profile.
Even if you could use the Kemper DI, it would not let you connect to two speaker cabinets.
Since you aren't sure what to do: I suggest connecting to one speaker cabinet, *IF* it is a four ohm or greater load, and can handle the 200 watt output of a Powered Profiler.
