what is the output source setting for the spdif output in the output menu? Space only works when you have Master Stereo selected.

try mounting the backup in Rig Manager instead of unzipping it. I am sure all of your performances will show up in Rig Manager.

there is no harm in using headphones to confirm if a signal is present at a line output AFAIK.
You can adjust the level that is present at each output in the output menu of the Profiler. There is also a switch that allows you to attenuate the XLR outputs by 12 dB in case they are too hot for your interface. -
have you tried to connect the headphones to the outputs on the back to confirm that there is no signal present at the main outs?

when you select slots with the Remote or over MIDI you will always call up the stored version of the rig in that slot and all unstored modifications will be lost.
The only exception to this is when you have the rig button morph option activated in the system menu. This will cause the rig button to start the morph process when it is triggered for a second time. Simply deactivate that option to have the rig button recall the saved state of a rig instead.
If you experience this behaviour when switching between different slots you should open a support ticket as this is not behaving as intended. -
Für eine Absenkung auf -12dB braucht man keinen Schalter. Den Wert kann man mit dem Outputlevel Parameter jederzeit einstellen.
Die -12 dB Funktion senkt den Pegel der Main Outputs um 12 dB ab. -
We received your email on the 27th of november and replied the same day asking for a picture.
Please check your spam folder.
Judging from the pictures you posted here it looks like some debris found its way underneath the display cover and is producing this artefact.
To have this fixed you need to send the Remote to our service center.
More details regarding this procedure will be supplied through the ticket system. -
Then went into the System settings:
On Pedal 5 i set:
MODE - PEDAL TYPE 1
FUNCTION - VOLUME PEDALthere is your mistake-you need to configure the pedal as a wah pedal not as a volume pedal. the pedal link is called wah to volume not volume to wah.

if the dry portion of the signal completely disappears it could be due to a phase problem caused by a faulty cable that connect the main outputs to your external gear (monitors, mixing board)
Are you getting the same problem also on the headphones?
What is the output source setting for the outputs that you are using to monitor the signal? -
have you activated the wah to volume pedal link in the system menu?
Is the pedal configured as a wah pedal? -
The fact that powercycling does not "help" in your case is not a bug but a feature. The last loaded performance or rig is stored in a so called edit buffer which survives a restart in case the user forgot to store the changes that were made to the rig or performance before the Profiler was powered off.
Switching to a different rig or performance clears the edit buffer and loads the newly selected rig or performance into it. -
if you never changed any setting all outputs are linked by default since we cannot foresee which output a customer will use for monitoring.

the master volume scale from 0 to 10 is a relative one. You probably have linked the master volume knob to more than one output and one of them was set to a much higher value than the others.
You need to set the output levels in the output menu for each of the outputs to similar values if you want to use the master volume knob for more than one output or simply deactivate the volume links for all but one output.
This has been addressed in the latest version of the Profiler OS where you see all output levels instead of a scale of 0 to 10 when you turn the master volume knob. -
The SPDIF clock has nothing to do with tempo or click. Its merely needed to synchronise two digital devices to ensure a stable audiostream. You need to send MIDI clock to the Profiler to synchronise delay times and other tempo relevant parameters.

that feature only works with the main volume pedal that sends CC7. Monitor level is controlled with CC73 and it does not bring on the tuner in the heel position.
-
the fx switches do not send any midi programchanges. Only the slot switches do.
-
you need one TRS cable with a TRS plug on each end and a mono TS cable for the switch
-
the wet/dry setup is described on page 43 in the reference manual
-
I like Jimmy. He uses a wet dry rig though which is something you just can't do with a Kemper.......unless you have two of course ..actually thinking about it that wouldn't work either......not easily anyway.

You can run a wet/dry rig with a single Profiler. All you need are multiple speakers and the correct output source assignments in the output menu.
