ToneDeaf I cannot express how much that means to me. Thank you so much! It was a song that practically wrote itself. She has lost her ability to speak very well but she can definitely hear and understand the song. The gift of song is the best thing I can give her at this point.

Locrain I really appreciate the kind words. As I mentioned earlier, the words and melodies came very quickly and I was so caught up in getting good performances that I got through it fine. When it was complete and I had a chance to really take it all in, it hit me pretty hard. Shes a strong beautiful woman.
Thank you all again. Your words are very comforting!

MuddySludge Much appreciated my friend. Music is a wonderful thing.

Monkey_Man Wow, thank you so much. I love the Alice In Chains harmonies so I gravitate to that. Plus its a good way to compensate for my thin voice...lol. I am 300 miles from mom so had my brother play it for her. Had a wierd experience writing this. The words and melodies came very quickly and I was so into the process that it didnt bother me. But the moment I heard the final master I got pretty emotional. No better way to deal with life than writing a song

Bert Meulendijk Friedman, MBritt Colonial and some acoustic. My mom is in her final days so felt compelled to write a tribute to her. Thank you for giving it a listen!

Damn!!! That is some trippy stuff. Love it! Sounds like a lap steel....killer slide work. And the bass is so freaking massive. Well done!

Here's another one. Same guy. Charlie Robbins.

Well done! Love those harmonics and overtones in the middle. And lo-fi never sounded better

Oh hell yeah! I'd almost forgotten about this.

nakedzen I listened to this a few months ago for the first time in years. Yes, it's a little cheesy compared to the Pantera everyone knows but Dime's lead playing all the way through this album is as good if not better than anything on the well known stuff. It's worth a listen just for the leads! I think it's incredible just how good he was at such an young age.

Thank you kind sir!

New Opeth album is amazing....way more old school, operatic, proggy feel and all clean vocals.

Thank you gentlemen! Some songs tend to write themselves. This was one of those.
