There are some free gems out there !
I'm into warm clean to hi gain stuff and my favorites free ones are :
1966 Vibrochamp - a fantastic vintage fender
TWE-Hi1 - a trainwreck clone
last but not least, my own JTM30 - a glorious twangy rig on as strat : Marshall jtm 30 2x10 -
I am thinking in the future that various boutique or hard to find Pedals become profiled for adding to all our kempers. and id like to see a lot more different styles of high gain amps like Brunetti,Engl,Lee Jackson,Metaltronix, sunn model "T"..

Does anybody have love for author = HAYS, amp = AC15TVL TOPB? Its set a bit too high volume wise, but turn down the cab volume and its a great sounding breakup to my ears. I think its my favorite VOX tone, and I bought the all the TAF and Top Jimi VOX rigs, but this freebie is still my favorite.... Weird thing is the cabinet is a 59 bassman RI.

Yeah it's a great profile. And IIRC he did it with a H&K Redbox, not with a mic.

Id like to add tim owens Friedman HBE profiles from his HAWP sessions, Peter J's Rectifier, and Nigel Kay's JVM

Hays here. I'm glad you like the AC15. I did use a redbox and wound up with a need for a brighter cab to match it to, so thats why the Bassman Cab is on there. I redid it today along with a few others of the same amp. Miced this time with the Alnico Blue speaker. Vox AC15 TB Bad is the rig name. It seemed to be fairly close to the old one.

Gotta give a special shout out to the ACE package profiles.
Granted these aren't (I don't believe) in Rig Manager, but to me still qualify as a free download.I just did a recap as was simply floored by the selections available in this package.
The Cornford selections happen to be my first grabs, but all the others are truly worthy of a review.
Real great work capturing the "soul" of these special tones...edit: The ACE profiles are indeed in Rig Manager.

I found another real beauty, but I tweaked some to my taste. Sort of a Diamond in the rough for me.
I began with the MARS VM OD1 Hi Sue offered in the Merged Rigs Pack.It felt like all the stars aligned once I switched off the delay and brought the gain down to 4.8.
Can't say I'm familiar with the Marshall VM215C, but it has since displaced all other Marshall profiles I use.Very cool tones and dynamics across the board.
Special thanks to Deadlight Studios. -

Special thanks to Deadlight Studios. Thanks for that tip - cool! I need to play more with my knobs...

I see what you did there...
-
The real credit has to go to Deadlight Studios.
It's a true testament of any quality profile capture when it just sounds so terrific across the board. It was only happenstance that I tweaked it like I did in order to discover those results.
(I then lost about 4 1/2 hours enjoying the tones)@Michael_dk - Turning the knobs is of course always an option, but with so many profiles to select from, no one could possibly have the time to experiment like that with all we have available to us.
Which is kind of why I launched this thread in order to showcase those profiles which really stand out. There I go, another shameless plug...
Anyway, please share yours here if you find any. -
thank you Dont miss the free Engl Invader 150 Profile i uploaded 2 weeks ago

off course i will still share free Profiles, not only selling via TonehammerMy vote is also deadlight. I bought the recty pack and i love the cabs ( a 2x12 recty, a hesu and a 1960 AV) . I am using the 1960 or the recty for nearly all of my rigs except some of Till Schleichers chimera pack or the free pack from Till, but the deadlights are absolutely powerfull and a graet combination to my frfr ( an rcf 10" nx sma).
