In browse mode you will need to assign midi # to a profile on the kemper.
Go to system settings in the Kemper page 5.

You think YOU got problems. I can't even FIND one of these units right now. Everyone selling their beat up one thinks it should go for the price of new, and even then without the power supply?!?
Just complaining, don't mind me. Hi-Jack over....
The Fcb1010 has a internal power supply! unless you mod it.

I will expand on this Idea some more.
I would like to use this color screen Idea to identify Original un-modified Profiles.
Currently Original RAW Profile or Modified (already save) can only be identified by reading some text you added to the title
that is already crowded with info.
If I can make all Original profiles screen a Color I will easily know that I'm working with a original profile and to not save over it.
because once you save over a Original profile its gone if you have not taken steps to back up and keep out side of the system (Witch is a good practice).
Actually I think the Kemper should not allow you to save over a Original Profile.

The gain example was just one possibility.
you could then also do this mark all your favorite profiles Purple.
Use your imagination
you could use this in many ways to identify in your own way profile groups/type
I often have many copy's of the same profile with close to the same sound and name
and would like to be able to tell them apart visual y. -
Ok here's the Idea... like the stomps type's are identified by color screens
it would be great to allow the user to set a screen color for a Profile.
Then I could set the color to identify say the gain type of profile.
Green = cleen
yellow= drive
Red= high gainWhat do you think of this Idea ?

For clarity what parameters are you referring too?
Pedal assignments and now expression pedal sweep curves are all you can do.
-
So doe's the Uno4kemper ( its pre configured) work with your kpa

Thank you for sharing a great set of profiles.
I all so love the Wah Wah settings that are used.
-
You should be able to control the Kemper and the Timeline on separate channels. Similar CC# will not matter. Set the Kemper to receive on a different channel to the Timeline and all should be well.
Yes this is true...... But in the context of using the Uno4Kemper to do this there are serious limitations.

This great news !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
also if the volume pedal range setting in the Kemper system menu is set to anything less then -5 the tuner will not work.
Select rig settings Page 3/3

Calibrating the heel position just shy of all the way down is best so there is extra travel pass a 0 point.
The optical sensor in the foot pedal seem's to drift out of calibration some time's, the extra play will help.

This is great news ,to have some Official News. For me it sounds like they are gonna make it so you can controll multable units which I find a neccessity. Awesome
My read on the info just released is that the KFC will not meet the needs of complex MIDI setup and that they are supporting other manufactures to integrate KPA midi control.

Really love the grove and sound!
-
initialized Rig is what mine say's but hey maybe your's is broken.
-
Plug your guitar in go to any performance it will play because there's a Rig by default.
-
Each Performance always starts with the initialized Rig in slot one.
There will always be a active rig in a performance!
So no you can not have a empty performance!
There is very little rational to disable slot one.
The only reason rig names are coming up in slots is that a rig had previously loaded before!
Even if a slot has been disabled then enabled again it will have the same last slot info that was loaded. Its really simple the rig name is under the performance name.
Use the slot to name the song part you only need to do this once per slot.
