Update to latest firmware, this was a bug kemper were aware of. I haven't had it in this latest firmware so I think it was fixed

Thanks RAOUL for fast help ! i will update soon to new firmware !
Had the same issue twice... with latest firmware
Just happened to me.
This also happened to me last night! I had to power down. I am concerned! I had a gig over the weekend without any problem. If this occurs on stage.............I have a ground control pro that I am using as a mid board. What about everyone else: you guys using midi?
It happened to me many times, had to send it back to change the motherboard, just got it back today.
I haven't had this issue for a very long time I thought it was just a bug in the software

Are you guys using the SPDIF digital output?
Are you guys using the SPDIF digital output?
No. I has happened three times to me. Always when switching between profiles.
I think it has only happened to me when I'm switching between profiles in Autoload mode in the browser. But, I'm not sure.
Definitely only happened when I was changing profiles.
Yeah, same thing happened to me recently... I tried to reproduce it, but I cannot on purpose.
If it happens again make sure to check:
'Do you see any response of the input LED? If not, the DSP might be down. If yes, did the Tuner Mode appear? What pedal volume level is indicated on page 3 of the Rig Menu? Does the sound recover, if you set pedal volume location to 'off' on the same page?'
And send the observations/notes to support.
This happened to me once. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what's wrong. Reboot and I was golden again.
It would be quite helpful if everyone posting an issue would relate to the KAOS being used. Thank you.
when I'm switching between profiles in Autoload mode in the browser
Yes, turn off autoload when scrolling around with the Browse knob. Never happened to me after I did so.
It's Autoload.
When you have it on, and scroll really fast through profiles, it sometimes can turn off all the sound everywhere, even headphones.
I've had it happen 3 times in the past year and found out a week ago it was due to Autoload. I must have put that on when I first got it and forgot all about it.
Turning it off also helps with Volume Spikes when flipping past a Hi-Gain profile, so in headphones you don't pop your ear drums!
