I'm in the process of getting my dream rig together, and have recently chanced upon a 2nd user GT800FX. Great amp, I've been using it with my legacy gear until the Kemper arrives. Just recently it developed a fault, so I emailled Matrix, asking for advice. Bearing in mind this was sunday, at @ 1.30 pm, and my mobile was ringing before I'd shut the computer down. I'd got the fault identified, booked in for an (inexpensive) repair, and promised return before next weekend! Worth buying a Matrix just for the aftersales service I'd say!

The Company that just keeps giving! Got my amp back to Matrix early tues morning (bear in mind I bought the amp 2nd hand). Warranty repair, and shipped back free of charge tues afternoon. I am truly humbled by their level of aftersales service. Now a lifelong matrix user and promoter, go out and buy one guys!
