I have 1 clean and about 8 others with various gain settings, but mostly high gain (5.5 - 8 on the KPA gain knob); however, the amp is really dynamic, particularly with the be channel and the switches turned off. I find the KPA does really well when turning the Gain knob down, but not up. So if you want tones that have mild to medium crunch, just turn down the gain!
I didn't bother doing lots of crazy variations on effects or EQ - you should adjust that to taste yourself. I did pick out my favorites at about the same gain level, with most of them coming from session 8 (or later additions to 8). I made some mild adjustments and added some lush reverb. In some cases I messed with the amp DEP's a bit. But really you just have a good cross section of the different channels, voices, and C and S switches.
I would like to find a good cab from the bunch and apply it to the later sessions which were all DI profiles, but I haven't had time to do that. That would certainly add more variety, although the bunch I have is pretty much dialed in exactly how I want.
