Input LED - sometimes yellow/Red. Problem with new FW?

So I just noticed that with my new guitar the input LED sometimes flickers yellow for half a second when I play some heavy open strings or palm mutes - is that a problem or should I just ignore it as long as it doesn´t turn red?

Edit: somteimes a little bit red.

Should I just lower the Clean sense? And will a lower clean sense have any other effect than lowering the input volume (any effects on gain or similar?)

Edit 2: So this started happening after I installed the new FW 3.0.2. Didn´t happen on 2.7

So after doing some tests - this thing literally started with installing the new FW. I never had a red flicker on 2.7 - but since I installed 3.0.2 they are there. What the hell?

Did that, and didn´t help. The only way to get that red flicker away is by going -2/-3 on the Clean Sense. Which in itself shouldn´t be a problem becuase - if I´m and other people are correct here - the clean sense shouldn´t actually change ANYTHING on my sound but simply the input volume in that case right?
But still... kind of a weird feeling I gotta say

Well it did get rid of the red flickering I´m now at -3

Yeah I know that, but thanks! Since both my guitars have 81s in them there isn´t much difference level-wise
