Are you using the latest version 1.3.2 of Rig Manager?
I had the same problems every time with pre 3.0.2 versions on both Windows and Mac .
Now with new RM and 3.0.2 -no any issue with Yosemite , RM works fast and flawlessly !
(Kemper fixed it, its more than clear

I'm having the same issue guys! I get the notification that some files are damaged and to do the 30 sec rig button. I do it but it keeps popping every time i open rig manager. So annoying! Plus it adds some rigs that i already deleted! Please help

I just hope it goes away and doesn't do it again the next time I fire the unit and RM up. Seriously.
I gave up with the repair thing; it seems to make no difference. I don't see the point in going through the procedure for no apparent gain. Once or twice, maybe, but not every time.
Maybe it's because my Kemper's empty except for 1 default Rig that I couldn't care less. If it was chock-full of Rigs, things might be different.
