Hi Guido,
how do I get the update?
I bought the metal pack, but I can't log into my account.
My e-mail is: [email protected]
Thanks,
Matt
Hi Matt, just log-in with you name and password and download the pack again. Usually this should work
Hi Guido,
I forgot my password, sorry.
And I can't reset it.
Your website says: e-mail adress doesn't exist ???
Matt
It's important that you use your personal email address and NOT your PayPal address AND the same website (German or English) depending where you registered the first time. if this didn't help, please let me know

Yeah, that I'm popular.
Sorry. Carry on.
We all love Guido. Oops... it's rude to talk about someone who's in the same room, so, rather:
We all love you, Guido!
Hi Guido,
I did use my personal e-mail.
Matt
AND we all love ya too Monkey!!

Works great with SC also .
A professional advice I would wish. There are always 3 Delays programmed what criterias should be given to use them?
Thx man!
these delays (for OS4) are just optional and could work as a good starting point here. . I personally like to use double/triple delays, just experiment a bit with it or just switch them off if you really don't like them
I'm pretty sure Guido sets one Rig up for rhythm and one for lead, Harry.
So, in each group, you'll notice that the two Rigs with the highest gain settings are a "complimentary" pair - one for rhythm, and one for lead. The one with the obvious delay on it is the lead Rig.
Guido will either confirm this or tell me I'm a silly monkey.
EDIT: Dang. Guido posted that while I was slowly typing. Is my "assessment" correct, Maestro?
Thanks for your mail Guido.
Matt
@Monkey_ManKind off! I never have a solo or rhythm sound in mind.Just a great guitar sound that could work for all situations

Till now I am not used to play with much delay. But it sounds good.
It maybe has to do with the mix in the band. When I tweak alone I am always afraid to use to much delay.
