A sad fact of life. You can almost smell the dusty atmosphere... But keep hold of them, to make your own kickass profiles, if you haven't done so already

I guess this is a music store amp showroom with all those price tags and not your own amps?
Ingolf, let us believe he owns it. A life well lived...

Ingolf - what a personal question to ask! I mean if I saw you with a really good-looking woman, would I ask you whether you were involved with her? Similar constellation, by association... P.S. my grandmother was a poet

Sorry if you found my question too personal.
And if you saw me with a beautiful woman you would OF COURSE assume I'm involved with her.
I kept lots of stuff , but I was using
mesa boogie subway blues (profiled & sold)
Sans AMP GT2 (sold)
digitech RP500 (profiled & for sale)
AMT SS-11 (kept and profiled extensively in my main commercial pack, killer preamp)
VST plugins (revalver,amplitube ....)
Line6 UX1
kept some rare 70's amps (dakota & GEM, both profiled)
As a matter of fact, I recorded only 1 track in 3 years with my previous gear and almost stopped playing guitars due to tone frustration . I record around 70 single tracks ince I have my KPA
Also note I bought a Marshall JTM30 after trying some profiles on my KPA , JTM30 was deeply profiled and is my GOTO CAB now the amp itself is now collecting dust
I guess this is a music store amp showroom with all those price tags and not your own amps?
Indeed, while the picture is random the thought is not. I have about 40 assorted amps and while I don't plan on getting rid of any of them any time soon (I haven't even started profiling them yet) they have been getting less and less play time as I spend more and more time with the Kemper and AmpliFire. I don't really feel the need to profile all of them, but I've got a ton of pedals as well that need to be profiled along with the amps (in various combinations) and still need to find a way to do so without driving the neighbors crazy. Got the week off next week and hope to hit the ground running with some profiling...

Nice. Wish I could help you out, but I guess you're far away from Munich?

Yeah, I'm in Japan and wish there was someone who could guide me through the perilous waters of the River Profile.

40? Wow!!!
Yeah, I'm in Japan and wish there was someone who could guide me through the perilous waters of the River Profile.
Sorry I can't help. But you must have a huge place to store all that great gear!!!

Yes! And space generally is very expensive in Japan, isn't it?
You're a wealthy man @ShadowJumper!
I've been playing and collecting gear for 45+ years... little here, little there and it adds up!!!
Space is certainly a premium out here... especially for a hoarder like me!!! Luckily my wife's parents have a huge place with plenty of storage.
Really gotta start profiling though... I've had the Kemper for about 3 months, so its time to dive in and stop acting clueless. The best way to learn is by doing... so my little Hotone Amps should be relatively painless to profile. Then I can work on my tweaking and work my way up to the King Snake and then the TRRI with some of these killer pedals in front of it. Quite a few of my other amps (Bluesbreaker, 1974x, Bassman, AC15, BJIII, Champ, Mesa TA15, H&K TM18, Tweaker 15, Tiny Terror, Ceriatone OTS, Blackstar HT-1R, etc.) have all been done... so they will be good to compare with what other folks have done already.
These MBritt profiles have really spoilt me though... kind of tough to compete with genius like that!!!
