How do I erase all of the rigs on my unit and then upload the ones I want via USB and reinstall?

If you don't have any in favorites, use the erase all but favorites button and that should do it

I now use Rig Manager for all my... rig management needs

Who'd have thunk it, Gianfranco?

deleting the rigs on the profiler from Rig manager takes ages (sync) , it's much faster to delete from the profiler with 'erase all but favorites' if I recall well .
-
Well, it depends on how many favs you've got I guess...
I happened to have hundreds of them because the "mark as fav when tweaked" was on by default...

Deletion takes ages, and so does importation...
Still, better to be able to start from scratch than have an itch that you are not able to scratch @rgolenberg

I deleted all Rigs from my Kemper with RM and I did not become so much older as I am.
As far as I remember it was about 10 minutes.
The advantage now is, that the KPA runs more stabil and the start procedure is shorter. For live performance the KPA has only the content that I need ore want to try at rehearsal.. (approx 35 Rigs and 6 Performances)

Yep, the same for me

Same here.
I keep a "default" rig in there in order to be able to retain any locks that're in place. ATM, stomp slot 1 has a Kemper Default 1 wah set to heel-off locked in it.
