I've just managed to buy myself an unpowered rack and I'm looking for some recommendations on some profiles. I mostly play blues and rock and have always stuck around Marshall style amps but I'm up for some experimentation so throw down your favourites, I'm not bothered if they're free or if they cost.
Just Bought A Rack! Recommended Profiles?

Download all the free packs at the Kemper website and try them all. I think TAF, Bert Meulendjk and M Britt provide profiles that will suit you. Still, try out the others for sure, since they all provide good stuff. Check out the Rig Exchange. Hays, Sinmix. Deadlight, Reampzone, Andy from TAF, etc, provide great freebies. Some are vendors and others just generous forum members. The list is too large to quote here. Look for previous threads here that are about your quest, since many users have made sugesstions. And there's also threads with Dropbox links in the forum. Some folks prefer this to uploading thru the Rig Exchange. Also some vendors or future vendors like Fero, Mattfig, Mick Rich, Etc give away freebies in threads or their websites. It will take some time!! For cheap profiles that are very good, try Guidorist. And TAF has a sale now. His Marshall 1987x and modified 800 are very good.

Welcome to the Forum!
The Amp Factory and Michael Britt Marshalls would be my first stop

Thanks guys, I'm familiar with M Britt and TAF as I've been geeking out over the Kemper for years now. I'll certainly have a wander around the forum to see what I can find as I've got **** all to do for the rest of the day.

I highly recommend the MBritt profiles.
Maybe try his Marshall pack and see what you think. -
You have PM

I can't seem to reply on there but it's mentioned in my original post. I like my Marshall (or at least British) sounds

Let me see what I have, ...

I love the Marshal pack and Pack 10 from the Amp factory some great profiles in there.

For cleans and crunch, and moderate gain, TAF pack 11 is great. For more variety, the Finale pack (10). And the Morgan, Marshalls and F. Bassman in packs one or two are great. "5YEARS" half price. Andy has uploaded in RE a Deluxe from that period. Try it.
BM or Bert's Redplate pack is great for blues. And pack 2 has some gems.
M Britt's 1969 Mars is very good. Most of Britt's stuff is very good. The Vox, for instance.
Also try Mars from Top Jimi (Brown sound or ACDC, for example), Guido, Cili (a 410), Sinmix (a 1977), Tonehammer, Choptones (a 1970), etc.
Eventually, even soon enough, you'll find those rigs that make you tick.
Good luck. -
My kemper arrived this evening and I spent it looking through various profiles on the exchange and came across a very nice Friedman Runt 20 which right now is what I've stuck with and tweaked to my liking. The only real problem that I had was this really nasty fizz around 3.5KHz but that was soon EQ'd out
