Good question, but no, I didn't. Only my guitar, KPA and Remote. (Crashing when switching patches on both Remote and the KPA itself)

OK . That’s a pity becaue the computer and rig manager have been known to cause freezing. I’ve had it happen to me in the past. I would raise a formal support ticket with Kemper and they will check it for you.
-
Same here - I wasn't plugged into my computer when I got the DSP error.
-
Od dear, sounds like a bug somewhere

If this is the case, I will be extremely relieved!!!!

Side question (unrelated): I immediately noticed after downgrading to stable OS, Natural Reverb and all those other good reverb stuff were gone. I was in total love with the freeze reverb function.. Will it work if I import the "KEMPER Reverb Presets for OS 5.7" on to my stable OS?
-
I'm almost certain the new presets won't work with the older OS unfortunately.
-
Ah ok. I just had to ask, sicne they put it up as a seperate package, when after all it comes pre-installed in the kaos beta.

installing a beta version on a brand new device is a sure way to create a frustrating user experience. I would suggest that you not only reinstall the 5.5.2 release version that your PROFILER was delivered with but you also should reset all of the settings back to the factory default state in order to delete any data that was created while the unit was running a beta version. Our support team will tell you how to achieve that.

I will.. But it came with the beta software. I did not install beta on it, it was initiating the beta OS when I booted it up.

Kemper Support #1 Reading your comment I am assuming that all Kemper Profiler Heads comes with the stable OS 5.5.. Since mine initiated the beta out of the box, I am starting to wonder if you guys sent me a demo unit?
-
We do not install any beta versions on the machines that we deliver. Every PROFILER is delivered with a release version.

I see. Why did mine have beta version pre-installed?
-
There is a setting in rig manager to automatically update software. This has a tick box to include Beta versions. Check that this isn't enabled in your Rig Manager.
-
According to your download logs you had installed the 2.1.71 beta of Rig Manager on the 31. of january 2019 and apparently agreed to have the Rig manager update your PROFILER to 5.7. at 19:04 MEZ the same day.

the option is not activated by default and you still have to agree by clicking OK in the pop up window when a new version is detected.

Ahh that explains it! Thanks for checking that for me!
Kemper Support #1 are you the support guy I've been messaging through mail? I'll just stick to the support ticket from here on and now. I will try your advice when I get home also. Do send me instruction on how to completely wipe it, by mail
