Is it possible to have different delay settings in two different performances?

You mean the delay in the Delay module? You can set it per single Slot within the Performance, it's not global (unless you lock the Delay FX Module)

The complete Rig including all eight effect modules can vary by Slot. So you could have up to 625 different Rigs with 625 different delays or even other effects in their DLY module.

I suspect you are confused because there are control knobs for delay, but as said, this is absolutely per rig not global.
