Tip #27: Modulation

    There are more than only the classic modulation effects in the KPA.


    Try the "pitch effects" and the "ring modulator" to get fine modulation effects.


    Yes - ring modulator - it must not sound strange like a ring modulator in case you use very sensitive settings:


    I use this settings:
    Ring modulator - Manual 5.1 - Mix 60%


    Here is the result:

    I couldn't put my finger on it at first but now I've got it... I was hearing a very similar effect on Floyd's "Sheep" from Animals about 1:30 into the song.

    "Tone is in the fingers" is not a necessary response to anything that I might type on any internet forum threads. Thank you.

    Thanks to this great TIP from ARMIN :thumbup: (and Kemper guys for the effect!), I try to experiment some setting, and I will show you the result 8o


    I found a great sound using the pedal in Touch mode and adding it a little bit Pedal Range, it is fantastic (at least for me!) how the effect and the modulation velocity goes slowing down with the time, listen carefully to it! I made some few great preset with this, don't be afraid to experiment with this, you will have great result...

    "Flat" sound only with Amp (I use a FUX ODS30) and little reverb.
