I would like Free delay and Tape delay to allow 2 independent times, not just simple ratios.
For example L = 285 mSec, R = 305 mSec.

The tap delay does offer independent delay times for left and right.
EDIT: Sorry, reread the post. Yes, no specific time settings in the tap delay.

If you don't want to add another parameter, the way I've seen it done in some other devices is that
once you scroll through all the fixed ratios and end up at 1:1, the display then scrolls through msec.By the way, if you want to implement my favorite setting L = 285 mSec, R = 305 mSec,
you can just give me a ratio of 0.934426229508197:1 and I'll be happy :). -
