When I bought the Kemper, I wanted to save space and raise money, so I put up my Marshall for sale and sold my VOX. No problems. I already found rigs that were all over the place for those amps and I loved them.
But my wife said I should sell either my Swart or my Tungsten. Sophie's Choice! So I sold the Swart after profiling it.
I went through about a week of depression. Then... I got over it. I don't miss it even. I can put on the rig I profiled and it's there. And it's not even my favorite rig.
But I figured "I'm NEVER selling my Tungsten, best amp I ever played"
I haven't played it in 2 months. Yesterday I fired it up to play and... I wasn't blown away.
I am so used to the KPA's ability to give me variety, and a world of tones, that the few tones of just one amp are great but... Ultimately not wowing me.
I am actually thinking of selling it. Me. Without a real amp! The Old Me is gone. What have you done to me CK?!?
