Is any information available when the performance mode will show up?
B.t.w. I think it is not ok to offer a feature, which is not available!

i received yesterday this mail:
Hi all,
here's a short status update about the Kemper-FCB firmware :
Soon! Very Soon.
Our friends at Kemper are working really hard to get a major firmware release ready. Within a week or two, v.2.0 will be released, with the long awaited Performance mode as one of the new features.
The Kemper-FCB firmware is very much tuned to support this new performance mode, next to the regular "browse" mode, so we will officially release this dedicated FCB1010 firmware at the same time as the KPA v.2.0 firmware release. So stay tuned, waiting time will be over very soon!
New name!
After talking to the Kemper management, we have decided to change the name for this FCB1010 firmware. Working name was "Kemper-FCB", and corresponding website was http://www.kemper-fcb.com, but this turned out to be too close to the "Kemper-amps" domain name. We want to make it more obvious to everyone that this initiative does not come from Kemper, although we worked together with the Kemper R&D team to get the best possible interaction between FCB1010 and KPA. From now on we will talk about the "UnO for KEMPER" firmware. We released the original "UnO" firmware 6 years ago, as an "UnOfficial" firmware version for the FCB1010. The "UnO for KEMPER" firmware is again such unofficial alternative firmware chip, this time dedicated for controlling the KPA, as you already found out. The kemper-fcb domain will no longer be retained, and we will create the necessary web content as part of the current UnO related website at http://www.ossandust.be You will be notified as soon as we have the full "UnO for KEMPER" website up and running.
Cool FCB1010 labels!
I'm happy to announce that I worked together with Winnie from http://www.glorope.eu/ to provide a dedicated glow-in-the-dark label set for the "UnO for KEMPER" modified FCB1010. After configuring all stomp switches the way you prefer, you can add those labels to your floorboard to make it a completely dedicated and cool looking KPA controller. Again, more detail info soon.
Thanks again for your patience, we'll get in touch again asap !
best regards,
Xavier
"UnO for Kemper" developer

The info has always been on the first Kemper page you linked to, click Overview:
"Yet to be finished:
- Performance Mode
- Undo/Redo"
Kemper have had user feature polls on the forum and explained that they listened and decided to implement more user requested features first. I think we will see them introduced in the next firmware soon!
I still can't get my head round what Performance mode will actually do. Someone mentioned you could set your live set up with it. So if you do 15 songs in your first set of a gig what would be the difference with performance mode compared to just changing the profiles with a midi foot switch. I would really like to know more about this

Pretty sure it will allow you to build songs in which you can assign multiple rigs, and then arrange the songs in sets. Ideally for performance mode, you really wouldn't need a big midi controller, just something to advance through the songs/sets.
Ahhh that sounds quite good. So say for example I play a song with 4 different sounds in. Heres an example the has a dirty rhythm then a clean sound next a lead solo sound then back to the dirty rhythm. Would it work like this :- these four sounds would be pedals number 1-3 and when you did the next song in the set you would press the up button to load the next song which would have different sounds assigned to the pedals
Yes, quite like this.

Ideally, all you'd ever have to press is one button to advance through the parts of the song as well as advancing to the next song...
I dunno, the KPA is already capable of that kind of control today if you're willing to duplicate rigs that recur in your setlist. I assumed Performance mode would offer something more.
For that matter, assigning more than one bank/pedal combination in the foot controller to a particular MIDI program change number can do this without duplicating rigs in the Kemper.
And what happens if you want/need to change the set on the fly? I think it will be extremely beneficial to those who have very rehearsed shows.

Absolutely true. The Performance Mode is not a paradigm shift at all.
It's a great feature, but I choose my fcb with my 127 banks... In my live gigs, there are CAOS, so maybe a song need a restart, or improvisation in some point..., having a linear round of presets maybe is dangerous in this case.
Yes, I have news.
Performance Mode is available.
