Me too, latest version of OSX
[SOLVED] Cannot log into Profiler Rig Exchange. Please verify your user name and password in the preference pane.

last update 16-04-2016ps: i have change my password and try it again but is not working.
Now is the message:
Cannot connect to Rig Exchange server -
so no windows users with this fault
for me a sign it might be a OS X to RM Problem ??? -
Same Rig Manager problems here, can't connect to Rig Exchange, test login credentials fails, name/password verify fails and RM Warning pops up saying "RM performing task, do you want to quit?" Tried downgrading to 3.3, tried reinstalling RM 1.5, tried redoing name/password ... but no luck fixing RM/RE authentication issues.
Interestingly, if I simply ignore all the pop-ups, I can preview and load from the Rig Exchange so it's still functional for me. Trying to be a good KPA citizen, I've opened a ticket and am in conversations with Support.

but it don't load any new rigs since 18 of April -
I've opened support ticket for not retrieving recent rigs from Rig Exchange (RM 1.5.40, Windows 7 32-bit). Most recent rig here is "Dual Pro KOT Stk" dated 2016-04-18 00:34:15

My RM doesn't update since then, and doesn't even show anything about trying to connect.

Same here, RM is not showing the information in status bar "Connecting..." "Downloading..."
I tested my credentials in Preferences dialog and all is fine there. -
As a side note, whenever it has d\led new rigs since I own it, it has always read "Downloading X files out of Y "... but it has never, as a matter of fact, downloaded Y rigs: usually it's less than 50% of that.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Do you mean that for example last message you've seen was "Downloading 16 of 24 rigs" and you never saw "Downloading 24 of 24 rigs"?
I have never payed that much attention to that, but I guess this downloading progress messages were kind of random.... -

Just to clarify, I'm a Windows user and new rigs from the Exchange haven't been updated in RM for me.

we have a new version online which will save you from re-syncing Rig Exchange. download+install and everything should work again. sorry for the hassle!

@G String - seems to have fixed the issue for me (Windows 10). Went from 10,381 rigs down to 7376 rigs. Synced to the very latest rig on Rig Exchange. Thanks.

Same here, RM 1.5.41 connected to RigExchange and I can see the most recent rig now.
