Weird, it's working now.
Who’s getting a stage ??

It's not so much the software bugs, as some little things like no MIDI through. More stuff to buy. It will also depend on how I can repackage my GR55. for a pedal board.
Aha... I had asked perhaps in another thread who might miss the MIDI through, so there's my answer! Best of luck working things out!
-
No, but I've seen this message with my Mac, too, and contacted support.

With my Powerhead I can play music into the alternative inputs to play along to backing tracks. How do I do this with the Stage? It doesn't have the same inputs. Thanks.
-
The minor software bugs will go away shortly as I know you're aware.
This thing is so popular it's probably going to be on perpetual back order for a while anyway.
If you wait until the retailers have a steady stock, the ".0 bugs' will probably be worked out as well. Bonus points!

If money were no object I'd buy it for practicing in the living room.
+ 1 ??

I really cannot figure out how to get audio playing through this unless I add my focusrite preamp into the mix. The lack of extra inputs are worrying me lol.

From the R7 manual
The PROFILER Stage allows you to use Aux In along with one mono or stereo effect loop.

I tried that.. didn’t do anything.

Until I used the right bloody loop! :D:D Thanks.

If I put the loop before the end of the chain the audio in gets affected by the reverb after it, if I put it at the end it turns the whole mix down and it sounds lifeless.
What's the correct option for getting this to work? Thanks again.

I think you have to configure it in the Ouput settings as an auxiliary. There's something in the manual about it.

Just the return. You don't need to make a Loop Stomp, once it is set as an auxiliary. It'll always be 'on'.

Perfect. You have to use both returns and then it'll work in stereo. Thanks!

My Carol Ann Tucana uses Program Changes via MIDI to change channels.
Channel 1 is PC 0
Channel 2 is PC 1
Channel 3 is PC 2
There’s no 0 on the Kemper.
So if I want to use the Kemper to do this, would I just go into MIDI Settings then MIDI Device A (set to 1) then PrgChg then MIDI Message 1 for channel 1 on the amp, 2 for channel 2 and 3 for channel 3? As there’s no 0 do I just treat 0 as 1?

For performances, 0-0-0 equals performance 1, slot 1
0-0-5 equals performance 2, slot 1 etc

I’m asking what MIDI PC I should use to change the channel on my amp from the Kemper using MIDI. I don’t think this is relevant. But thanks.

Apologies Phil, I misunderstood your goal.
