I think Janet would be perfect for a female vocalist. I feel like the tune would suit that type of voice very well. All good!
Geez... I am starting to sound like a producer.

Thanks BayouTexan , I’m afraid that until I have a record label with a roster of talent you’ll have to suffice with my voice for now

You know only Ann Wilson could sing Barracuda.

That’s not quite what that guy in the green shirt and hunting vest at the bowling alley who kept calling me Donny said…

Very nice one Per, well rounded. Great ideas in it like the "piano stop"...

You do know that’s literally what my character is trying not too do Monkey_Man ! :D. Thanks though glad you liked it.

Thanks deadman42 , though I still feel I should have kept the middle 8 and 5 minute free form kazoo solo. -

...you can drop us that as a "noodle extraordinaire" once the regular challenge is over... just like the outtakes on some DVDs

I like it. It's like a mix duet of Pink Floyd meets Ziggy Stardust.

Great work , I must admit I cannot follow all your tracks with the necessary attention they deserve , but I really feel some major qualities in the vocals , prod & arrangements

Thanks BayouTexan and waraba . Don’t worry I know life is busy :). You’re right I need to learn all that stuff still, for the moment I’m focusing on trying to speed up and improve my songwriting, it’s challenging to try and get a noodle done per day with work, the rest of life etc so I tend to only work on one area at a time.

Did you do a cocked wah position on that lead?
-
Another good 'un brother.
The lead vox sits in a much-better position now. You wanted depth, but IMHO were always using too much 'verb on the lead vox (backups can naturally have more).
I suggested a while back that you try reducing said 'verb and cranking up the delay a little if necessary to "compensate", the point being that either way, the vox would be front-and-centre where it should be, and as a bonus, help to define front-to-back depth.
Some of your noodles have had the main distorted geetar up-front with lead vox sitting behind it. To me this is a no-no in a "band mix". This time you definitely got it the right way 'round IMHO.
