Kemper Kabinet

Raise the volume? With 2 cabs in series the impedance is doubled

What amp are you using? Built in power amp, or???

I have a Camplifier 290 and needed to increase the Power Amp Boost.

try to swap the order of Kabinets to see if it makes a difference

I have two Kabinetts as well and always rum them stereo!

I had 2 with a power rack...

It doesn't sound worse, volume drops due to resistance.

Turn up the volume and it sounds the same....your real question is, is it worth using 2 in linked mode?

My view is no. I had 2 and sold 1 because it made virtually no difference and the spread is already very good and so it adds little.

I bought 1 Kab, and had another built with a Kone. The intent was to run stereo.

I found that to be fun at home, and unnecessary at practice/gigs. Then I went mono with both at practice... that became unnecessary as you found as well.

Now I have 1 at home and 1 at practice. All good!
