Can you explain me how the Remote is mounted on the cover?
A 2" velcro strap zip tied to the existing center post of the lid ( MaFaDiC pictured it a page or two back). Simple, and it works great.A pic when it was new:

And now (showing the high tech zip ties ). This has been used a lot (over 100 shows) so the foam is getting a little beat up, but its done its job beautifully. The remote is in perfect condition without a single ding or dent.

Shows how well Kemper made that remote!

Fly Rigs I've just put built for UK band Lower Than Atlantis, using light weight Scott Dixon shockmount cases (rubber shocks between the units and the rack strip to save space) all rocking in under 20kg. Excuse the hideous green pro gaff, that was later removed ha.

Nice set up, saw it live yesterday on Dec and Eddys live instagram feed Hopefully coming to the Norwich show, wanna hear what these 3 beasts sound like live. Are they using profiles they made in the studio with Dan Lancaster (mesa Triple rect)

Very jealous of the antenna setup on top. Planning our next purchase to be a Sennheiser antenna combiner and some directionals like you guys are using. We use a similar setup (each member has their own rack with with IEM, Kempers, wireless all in one rack).Any chance of a photo of the back of your rig? Would love to see how you're patching all that stuff.

Ah nice one. Dec is using a profile of his fender bassman, Mike is using a 5150 profile a friend sent us and Ben is using a Bognor profile we were also sent. We were going to profile the amps used on record through pro tools etc before the tour but haven't had time. They sound great at the moment though, compliment each other very well!

The combiners are a good investment. Paddles are essential on bigger stages, I.e festival mainstages etc. Annoyingly the second output broke the day before the band left for tour, so we had to run a separate power supply and set of paddles for the singers second receiver. I'll find a pic and post soon (Im not on the tour now, I've got another tour clashing). The racks are only 30cm deep, and the kemper is 18cm in depth, so it's incredibly packed back there, but it just about fits!

Cool Were they the amps used on the album or were a lot of different amps used, great sounding album by the way the lads and Dan done a great job

5150 and jcm 900 were mostly used for the dirty sounds on the album , then a mixture of an actual fender twin, and a matchless clean profile (used live) were used for the cleans.

This is my setup. Do mostly youtube videos and just jam in the room.

Last night, I did my first gig with the Kemper. Having spent most of the day setting up 50+ performances to go with my covers band, I was very anxious to how it was all gonna sound.
Must say, I was more than impressed by the sound I was getting and even my band mates were impressed. A few things observed regarding balancing levels and my solo performances need boosting, but really happy and can't wait to tweak and play the next gig.
Here's my set-up:
PRS CU22, Fender Classic Player Strat. I use a Laney Ironheart XRT FRFR, more than loud enough and very full sounding.
I was using a Digitec Drop pedal and an Ernie Ball volume into the front of the Kemper. Not my ideal position for the volume as I like it post amp/pre delay. But my Mission EP1-KP had not arrived due to UPS making a complete balls-up with the delivery.

[Blocked Image: http://i869.photobucket.com/albums/ab260/relzric/IMAG0814.jpg]Nice room! I have to ask. How is the Multi-Amp? Does it even compare to the Kemper? I hear it has MIDI limitations? Thanks!

Overkill for a pub gig? :p
To the right, there's a drum kit, congas and percussion and a two tier keyboard. Bass and guitar to the left, two lead vocalists out front. Still, good fun...

Overkill for a pub gig?
That depends. What's the % alcohol content in the house beer?
IMHO, it's a good opportunity to practice setting up, sound checking and performing with your "A-list" equipment anyway.

It actually sounds really good. The power amp does perfect reproductions of the patches I use on the Kemper and Is 500 watts bridged in mono. It takes some manual adjusting of the setting to get what you do with the Kemper. You kind of have to know what variables to turn in the effects and pedals/cabs. I think the midi is pretty straight forward. I think it has a 128 limit? Not sure if the first number is a one or a zero as I did not use it but once with my FCB 1010. I got an excellent reproduction of the Piece of Mind album sound for a video, but there is a lot of adjusting and tweaking that I can skip with the Kemper. Would like to get a power amp for it and don't know if I should get a Camper amp or a Matrix. I see ISP makes one too. Just to save weight. But then again it might be cool to use both units and have them linked and switched through MIDI.
