I think less would be more.
I mean less Rigs and some good Perfomances would be more impressive.
There are so many Rigs and only one Performance to get an idea how to use it.
You really get lost at the beginning.
This system was born at a time when RM did not exist.
A list of the available Rigs in the RE could be enough. (But in manner that a beginner can understand and becomes courios)
I have noticed also with other equipment, they are full of effects and possibilities, but are seldom reasonable for use.
It would be a chance to do it better than others.
I disagree. Many of us frequent the forums to see what's going on, find out new things, find out about rigs, rig manager, etc. However, many others aren't going to seek out additional software for their computer, and many aren't ever going to log in to the forum, install Rig Manager, or, heck, even register their Kemper. By providing a bunch of rigs to start with, it's showing the overall versatility of what the Kemper can really do, and giving people a complete set of useful sounds without having to do anything.
If you don't want that many rigs on your device, just remove them. There are multiple ways to get rid of the bulk number of rigs quickly - either "favorite" the ones you like and remove all non-favorited, or, when connected to your computer with Rig Manager, just pick and delete what you want. Or move them off to a folder (again, in Rig Manager), remove all of the rigs from your Kemper, and drag and drop back in the ones you like.
I disagree.
I have no problem with that.
And thank you that you explain me the possibilities I already have learned in the last 2 month.
My proposals was made from the point of view of a beginner who touches the Kemper first time or want to buy one. (I remember very clearly)
I think this is the topic and not what is possible with the KPA.
This is a great idea. Big +1 for this!

Good idea Ingolf.
Ingolf, it was only when I mentioned your thread in another one yesterday that I realised that whilst I'd read this one and agreed with the proposal, I hadn't given you my vote. Sorry brother.
So, for the little that it's worth, here 'tis:
A big +1 from the Monkster. LOL

Without your vote my FR is doomed to failure. But I need a 'like', too, in post no.1.
Aah... I'm new to this whole "like" thing, Ingy, being a love chimp and all...
Done, brother.
Good idea! IMO, for a better outcome such rigs would also contain information about the PUs to be used: SC N + C, HB Bridge, Tele Neck.
I've heard too many rigs sounding bad with a guitar and just start shining when you use something different...
Like a lot for beginners the Ingolf idea and the addition of Gianfranco!
Plus I will add a better organization on effects and stomp presets with subdirectory by type in the navigation. Now it's really confusing ... it's a pity ...
I agree with Maurizio70 effects management is very clumsy.

Agreed, Maurizio.
Skoczy and I had a detailed discussion in another thread about this, covering how this might be implemented - pages, lists, page-button and knob usage for navigation etc. I don't remember the thread title, so I can't provide a link I'm afraid.
